1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Event Map, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Event Map only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for all content you post and actions you take on the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content
• You may not impersonate other users or entities

3. Events and Tickets

Event organizers are solely responsible for the events they create, including accuracy of event information, compliance with applicable laws, and fulfillment of ticket obligations. Event Map is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform.

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Event Map processes payments on behalf of organizers and is not responsible for refund decisions.

4. Talent and Services

Event Map provides a marketplace for connecting event organizers with talent professionals (DJs, photographers, caterers, etc.). All agreements between organizers and talent are made directly between those parties. Event Map is not a party to any such agreements and bears no liability for their performance.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant Event Map a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Create fraudulent events or misrepresent event details
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post illegal, defamatory, or offensive content
• Circumvent payment systems or engage in payment fraud
• Scrape or automate access to our platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Event Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Event Map shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
